1. SUPERFICIAL INJURIES - HOW TO MANAGE THEM WITH GREEN FOODS

EACH FAMILY HAS ITS tested RECIPES FOR SUperficial INJURIES.

In our family, the power of chlorophyll is used the most.

Not that other "recipes" would not work, but everyone likes to use what they have tested. And I will share with you our 3 experiences with superficial injuries.

1. A SCRAPED KNEE
When my daughter Julia was 10 years old, she fell off a pennyboard and scraped her knee very ugly. The wound was 5 cm in diameter.

Of course, she didn't tell me anything so that I wouldn't tell her off for what she did. She did not confess until the next day, when the wound was completely festering. The first thing that I thought of was to wash the wound with rapeseed tea and wash the pus out of the wound as much as possible.

Then I sprinkled her wound heavily with chlorella powder GW and covered it with gauze so that it did not touch the wound. We both saw the result the next morning.

The wound contracted nicely. A green scab formed on it and it was visible that the surrounding inflammation subsided. After a few days, the knee was like a new one :)
