3. SUperficial INJURIES - HOW TO MANAGE THEM WITH GREEN FOODS

EACH FAMILY HAS ITS tested RECIPES FOR SUperficial INJURIES.

In our family, the power of chlorophyll is used the most.

Not that other "recipes" would not work, but everyone likes to use what they have tested. And I will share with you our 3 experiences with superficial injuries.

2. BURN

That year (2020), it was me who was “smart¨ for a change :)

I turned on the iron and only then decided to fill it with water. And I did it so that I grabbed it at the bottom of the plate with two fingers and pushed. Well, a completely bad procedure. Of course, the fingers on the hot plate responded immediately by hissing, fading, and pain.

My first reaction was that I ran to put them in ice water and then into a box with powdered barley. My wet fingers wrapped themselves with it and the GW barley dried on them. It burned for three hours. I washed my fingers for the night- I didn't want to have a green bed :) I dropped 2 more drops of lavender essential oil on them, and fell asleep.

In the morning, when I looked at my fingers, there was a soft white line on both of them. Probably the place where I pushed the most on the hot surface. But no pain, no blisters. In 3 days, the fingers were like new, with no signs of burns. Barley is really great for closed wounds. It helps heal injured tissues thanks to not only chlorophyll but also living enzymes. If the burn was open, I would definitely reach for chlorella powder. Barley stings in open wounds.
