BRYNDZA SHEEP´S MILK CHEESE SPREAD WITH GREEN WAYS BEETROOT

WHAT WILL YOU NEED? 

  • 300 g of bryndza sheep´s milk cheese
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 big red onion
  • 2 -3 bags of Green Ways beetroot

 

HOW TO DO IT? 

Let the sheep's cheese and butter soften a little so that the individual ingredients can be mixed together easily. Peel a large red onion and cut it into small pieces. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork and mix together. Bryndza spread will have a beautiful deep pink color, better taste and nutritional value.
